Order & Payment Notes

1. Placing an Order

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ): ___ pieces (customizable as per product type)
• Orders can be placed via:

• Please provide:
  • Product name/code
  • Quantity
  • Customization details (if any: size, color, embroidery style)
  • Delivery address with contact details

2. Order Confirmation

• A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued after receiving order details.
• The order will be confirmed only after:
  • Receipt of advance payment
  • Mutual agreement on production & delivery timeline

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 60% of total value at the time of order confirmation.
• Balance Payment: 40% before dispatch of goods.
• Payment Methods:
  • Bank Transfer (preferred)
  • PayPal / UPI (for domestic orders)
• Bank details will be provided in the invoice.
